eciding to go for a degree in a foreign institute has been the turning point of my career. I wanted to acquire knowledge and the skill to successfully manage a business which eventually led to the field of business studies in Northumbria University. Newcastle Business School did not disappoint me and very soon I realized that the education system over here forces you to work hard. It was not easy but I allocated a lot of time to my studies and emerged as a successful graduate. The studies had a practical approach rather than theoretical and from that I learned a lot.
Apart from the studies, the experience itself has been magnificent. The overall trip offered so much to learn from… both, positives and negatives. I learned a lot about how things work in different countries and got plenty of international exposure as Newcastle Upon Tyne is a hub of international students.
What I’ve learned, I might not be able to express but I can feel a positive change in me. I am now successfully supporting my family business and I’m trying to make a difference by implementing the positives that I learned from my experience in the UK.
