Najiullah's pioneering work in information management led to the establishment of cutting-edge information centers globally. Through roles in international consultancies, he managed human resources and facilitated capacity-building, while his engagement in ACYPL and international partnerships broadened his perspectives. His leadership in communication strategy, such as leading SNG-II's efforts and innovative projects like the Vlog Communication Project, showcases his forward-thinking approach.
